Empower21 Initiative Introduction

The purpose of Empower21 Initiative is to engage in dialogue about ways and means by which to stem the outflow of America's capital wealth in order to continue to import massive amounts of oil, which is having a debilitating impact on the nation's economy.

We propose that the rapid development and deployment of petroleum-free vehicles -- either newly developed or converted -- represents a meaningful strategy by which to avert a future economic crisis.
